Q: Can chiropractic help me?

A: Chiropractic helps millions of people worldwide alleviate a variety of problems. The spinal column is closely related to the central nervous system, and for this reason, chiropractic can help treat symptoms of any discomfort related to the central nervous system. By alleviating stress on the spinal column, health is restored.

Q: How many treatments will it take to heal me?
A: The treatment course for each individual is different and dependent on many factors. On average, patients require five or six visits over a two to three week period. Once your initial discomfort has been treated, we encourage you to visit your chiropractor regularly. Like visiting the dentist, a regular chiropractic check up will help you prevent further discomfort and complications.

Q: Is it safe and is it painful?
A: Chiropractic is safe for people of all ages. Research shows that chiropractic care is consistently among the safest treatments available predominantly due to its noninvasive techniques. Chiropractic treatments are generally not painful. Some patients who are suffering from extreme pain may experience mild discomfort
However Dr. DeSantis taylors his approach to the needs of the individual patient.
Only enough force is utilized to gently mobilize the fixated joint thus restoring normal function.

Is it safe to order online?
A: How does a Secure Site work? In plain English here's what happens when you place an order. First, you'll notice that you enter a secure site when a padlock icon appears in the status bar of your browser (usually at the bottom). This states that all of the information passed between your computer and our computer will be encrypted. Our computer will tell your computer how to encrypt all information passed between the two using encryption that can only be decoded on our server. Your computer will do such before sending any information onto the phone wire and out onto the Internet and eventually to our computer. When it reaches our server, it will be decoded and logged to our database for processing. Without the decoding key on our server, it is nearly impossible to decipher the encrypted data.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not int its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
