Getting started

Questions about payment, receipts or cancellations? Ask during your consultation and I'll go through them.

  1. Book a consultation

Choose a time in my online calendar, or email or call. Say whether you're interested in sessions or an intensive.

  2. Talk through fit and format

We cover what you're looking for, how I work, and the practical details.

  3. Plan the first appointment

If working together makes sense, I'll explain how to book your first session or plan your intensive.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give people who don't have health coverage, or who aren't using it, an estimate of their bill before services are provided.

  • You can get a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services when you schedule, or any time you ask.
  • If you schedule at least 3 business days ahead, you should receive it in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule at least 10 business days ahead, within 3 business days. If you ask before scheduling, within 3 business days after you ask.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
