Book a consultation

Three quick questions first. Your answers stay on this page and aren't saved.

Where will you be during sessions?
Are you 18 or older?
Does meeting by video work for you?

Booking happens on SimplePractice, the secure system I use for appointments and records.

This website

This site has no advertising trackers, analytics or chat widget, and it sets no cookies of its own. Its fonts are stored here rather than loaded from a font service.

Therapy Visibility hosts this website on Cloudflare's network. Both companies keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability. Those logs aren't used for advertising.

No advertising network or analytics company collects information through this site about what you do on other websites. SimplePractice, which handles booking, follows its own privacy policy, explained below. Because this site doesn't track you across websites, a browser "Do Not Track" setting has nothing to switch off here.

The three questions before booking run in your browser. Your answers aren't sent or saved.

Booking

"Choose a time" opens my scheduling page on SimplePractice, the secure practice-management system I use for appointments and records. SimplePractice is a separate website with its own privacy policy and cookie settings. This site loads no code from SimplePractice.

What you enter there goes into my practice records, not to this website.

Messages, email and phone

The message form on the Contact page sends your name, email address, subject and message to my email. It's delivered by Therapy Visibility, the company that hosts this website, through its email provider, Resend, which keeps a copy of each email for 30 days.

The website itself doesn't keep your message. It keeps the date, the subject you chose and your answer to "How did you hear about me?" for 12 months. It also keeps a code made from your IP address, deleted within a day, so it can block repeated spam. I use what you send only to reply, and I don't sell it or use it for marketing.

Ordinary email, text messages and voicemail are not fully private. Please share only what's needed to arrange a consultation, and keep clinical details for our conversation.

If you need immediate help, call or text 988. If there is immediate danger, call 911.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold from messages you've sent, and ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing katie@authentichealingllc.org.

Client records are kept separately, under the rules that apply to health records. For questions about health information, records, or the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, contact me directly.

This website and practice are for adults 18 and older. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
